Mr. Dilip G. Deshmukh is a founder of the INNOVATIVE FORUM with Marketing Management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, University of Bombay. He has a wide experience in the field of selling range of consumer and pharmaceutical products. He has worked in well reputed companies such as ROUSSEL PHARMACEUTICALS INDIA LTD and CIPLA LTD. At Cipla he has been holding several responsible positions in Marketing including Training and Development of the people.

 
     
 

Protec a Division of Cipla was considered to be the most successful launch in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He was fully involved in the launch and played a crucial role in Training and Development of the entire manpower. Finally he was looking after the complete marketing operation. Thus during his career span of over Four Decades, he has trained several aspiring people, who have become highly successful Salesmen, Field-Managers and Product Managers within the company and in the National and Multi-national companies. Hence he has gained an invaluable experience in the field of developing a prime resource - HUMAN RESOURCE.

 
     
 

He has written several articles on Sales, Marketing and Management for sharpening selling skills and improving managerial effectiveness.  He has also authored a Handbook – “Some Thoughts to Ponder Over” on Management, for professional and upcoming managers, which has been very well appreciated in the “Corporate Sector”.

 
     
 

Presently, he is a member of Bombay Management Association (BMA) and Marketing Consultant to various organizations.  He has conducted several training programs at the level of Managers in the well reputed companies. He continues to conduct Training & Developmental Programs in the areas of Marketing Management i.e. Sales & Product Management and Behavioural Sciences and its application in the Marketing operations for enhancing effectiveness. He is also a visiting Faculty to the Management Institutes for PGDBM course in the areas of Marketing Management.

 
     
 

Thus, he continues to contribute significantly to the development of HUMAN RESOURCE on the sound principles of management with a simple philosophy- a silent commitment to excellence.
